To protect, manage and sustainably develop the resource that is The Reeks, though engaging with all interested partners particularly the local landowners, businesses and local communities, with support from the local development company, local authority, and state agencies such as NPWS, Dept. of Environment and Fáilte Ireland to resolve issues. One of our main objectives for 2016-2017 is carrying out path repairs works to prevent further erosion in this sensitive environment,and investigating the development of an agri-environmental scheme.
