To enhance the physical and social environment of Kilmoyley and surrounding areas. with particular reference to 1) The general improvement, enhancement and development of the physical environment, 2) the promotion of the atmosphere of good neighbourliness, 3) The encouragement of greater interaction among local people. 4) Enhancement of the appearance and ecology of Kilmoyley and Kerry. 5) The development of whatever facilities are deemed necessary to cater for young and elderly.
