Formed in 2012 we are a Tidy Towns type group. The main aim of our group is to enhance the visual appearance of the village. We are a Tidy Town group.We have entered the Tidy Towns competition for the past 2 years.We plant hanging baskets and barrels and place these around the village.We participate in community events such as County clean up,St.Patrick’s Day parade,Horse Fair ,Christmas Lights and the Christmas Festival.We link up other groups in the village such as GAA,schools,Men’s Shed.We work with K.C.C and NEWKD.
