The Willow Tree Children’s Centre

The Willow Tree Children’s Centre, formerly traded as Blennerville Community Playschool and Afterschool, provides a nursery, pre-school, and afterschool service. We were initially established as a parent and toddler group over 30 years ago. We have since expanded significantly due to the growing demand from parents in line with the growth of the community and have recently set up a nursery room catering to children from 12 months. We are based in a purpose built setting with access to a large outdoor area. We provide an excellent, high quality service within our setting. We provide a secure, homely, warm environment for children to develop holistically through a child-led curriculum. Our play-based curriculum is a broad-based, flexible, well-documented programme which emphasises hands-on activities, mental well-being and connection to nature.
