Hi All,
The weather is becoming autumnal now and there are plenty of beautiful berries, fruits, seeds and nuts around waiting to be picked.
Niamh Ní Dhúil and I will be running a foraging workshop on Sunday 13th October based in Gortbrack near Tralee from 10.30 to 16.30.
Plant identification, sustainable harvesting, gathering tips, preparation, preserving and cooking will be covered.
We will forage for whats available and cook up a foraged feast afterwards.
Cost €60, includes a 4 course meal.
To book:
Pay a €30 deposit per workshop, per person, first come first served, you have 3 ways to pay:

Be sure to put your name and workshop date/type with the payment and once your deposit is received I'll send full workshop details. If paying by EFT send me a quick email/text informing me that you have paid.
The balance can be paid at the workshop.
