Kerry PPN is thrilled to announce its latest series of hands-on workshops designed to boost community group efficiency and impact! Join us this November and December for two dynamic training opportunities that will equip local groups with essential skills in document management and project planning.
The first workshop, “How to Manage and Maintain Community Documents,” will dive into best practices for governance, funding compliance, and secure document handling. This 3-hour session will take place on 14th November (in-person) and again on 19th November (via Zoom).
The second series, “Project Planning for Community Groups,” is a two-part training to help groups tackle everything from needs analysis to budgeting and project evaluation. Scheduled for 26th November and 3rd December, this workshop will ensure community-driven initiatives have the road map they need to succeed!
