SouthWest Counselling Centre (SWCC) provides an confidential, caring and safe environment for promoting positive Mental Health. Individuals are facilitated to improve their quality of life through psychological and emotional well being. We are a registered Charity that continues to develop its professional counselling service, expand its educational and training role, and establishing itself as a valuable resource in the community. We are the only service in Kerry providing low cost counselling to children, adolescents, adults, parents and couples under one roof. SWCC provides free suicide counselling through Kerry Lifeline, our Suicide Prevention and Awareness Service, free Bereavement Support Group for families who have lost loved ones through suicide and free crisis pregnancy counselling. SWCC facilitates workshops, seminars and talks both at our Centre and within the community addressing good mental wellness, current and arising topics/concerns.
