Our aim is to provide a focal point for people of both sexes who are retired or semi-retired from paid or unpaid work. We promote active ageing by making available a series of activities such as weekly exercise class and dance and also weekly scheduled walks. Monthly outings is another aspect of our schedule. We hope to help people embrace retirement and improve their physical mental and social wellbeing by offering themtime and space.
