The Munster Provincial Council (MPC) of the Irish Federation of Sea Anglers (IFSA) ( is a voluntary group responsible for development of sea angling in the Province and management of 24 no. affiliated clubs, and organisation of competitions in the Munster region. Our clubs range in size from 10 – 70 members and are open to all with competitions organised not only for adults but also for juvenile (under 18) anglers. In 2018 we oversaw 243 days of competitive angling between club, interclub and open competitions accommodating our membership of approximately 334 adults and 72 juvenile anglers.
