Kerry Mountain Rescue Association

Kerry Mountain Rescue provides a 24/7/365 search and rescue service for the uplands of Kerry and West Cork and has come to the aid of numerous climbers and hill walkers since it was formed in 1966. The team is made up entirely of unpaid volunteers and while we get some funding from central Government, most of our funding comes from donations and fundraising events.
