Castleisland Community First Responders

We are a voluntary group that was set up to provide rapid response to life threatening emergencies until the arrival of the National Ambulance service. We respond to Cardiac Arrest, Chest pain, Stoke and choking. We cover a 10KM radius from Castleisland town centre.
