Ojective to help older people remain active, health and less isolated, forging new social contacts and friendships with one another. We meet on a weekly basis in the Centre for exercises, bowling, art, botha, bingo, singing/music and tea/scones. This organisation is inclusive and welcome everyone despite age, gender or class
