Kenny Heights Residents Association

We are a residents association in a large estate in Listowel, Co Kerry comprised of 44 houses called Kenny heights. We set this up in September 2012 when the Estate was formally handed to the council on completion by the developer. We are a group of volunteers who formed a committee, collect maintenance fees from each household, pay for grass cutting and take great pride in the landscaping and upkeep of our estate which has led us to win many awards in the Listowel tidy towns. It is a relatively new estate with immature trees and shrubs but we have improved it every year adding to the aesthetic look of the estate including planting, new entrance stone, new bench. We hope that with your help we can continue our hard work to make Kenny Heights a much sought after address and place to live. We have involved young and old residents to assist with the landscaping, learning about biodiversity, pollinators and we are very proud to live here.
