Family Biodiversity Woodland Walk, Killaclohane Coillte Forest, 26th May 4.00 - 6.00pm; a fun look at the trees, plants, insects and animals and some nature play, part of Biodiversity Week, supported by Kerry County Council. Free to attend but booking essential.
Parent and Toddler Woodland Fun in Ballyseedy Woods, 7th and 14th June, 10.30 to 11.30; woodland nature play, nature art and stories about trees, €15 for 2 sessions.
Practical Nature Connection, Derrynane House, Friday 10th June from 11.00 to 2.30. A hands on workshop for rangers, scientists, educators, trainers and facilitators to engage their target audiences in outdoor nature education, part of the Discover Derrynane Weekend. €15 per person.
Family Woodland Nature Connection in Rossacroo Coillte Forest, 11th June, 11.30 to 1.30; nature connection, forest skills and some nature play for families! €15 per family with any combination of adults and children.
Summer Camps - There will be Forest Summer Camps in Tralee and Dingle; dates and locations to be confirmed.
